'Today in our village, we cook roasted potato fry recipe with 40 KG Baby Potatoes. We made special Chettinad masala by frying and grinding spices.   We just add fried potatoes and fried masalas together to make potato fry.  Finally, we enjoy the fried potatoes with sambar.!'
